We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal. You may also mail us a personal check or Money Order. Please know that your items will not ship until your personal check has cleared. All prices are in U.S currency.

Gotta Toy! takes security very seriously. Our site is secured by 256-bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption provided by Verisign so all your information is kept completely secure. We are fully compliant with all Payment Card Industry (PCI) security standards.

All of our toys are brand new in unopened packages. We purchase our products directly from the manufacturers.

Most orders ship within 2 business days, typically the next day. Standard domestic packages typically take 5-9 business days to arrive and Expedited Shipping typically arrives within 2-3 business days. Less than 1 in 10,000 of our shipments fail to arrive at their destination, however it does sometimes happen. In the unlikely event that your order is lost we will of course send you another. If it has been over 2 weeks since you received your shipping email and your toy has not shown up, please contact us for a replacement.

For domestic customers (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses) standard shipping on orders over $25 is free. For orders under $25, the cost of Standard Shipping is a flat fee of $5.00. The cost of Expedited Shipping is always $14.00. We do not overcharge or make a profit on shipping. We charge less than our actual shipping cost.

We do not currently offer International Shipping.

All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation or a tracking number. The shipping information will be emailed to you once your items ship. Tracking and order status can also be viewed through the website by creating an account.

The best way to contact us is through email at customerservice@gottatoy.com or by filling out the form on our Contact Us page. Customer Service is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST 7 days a week but. You may also telephone us, but you will go to voicemail if no one is available to answer the phone. We will do our best to respond within a few hours. We are closed on New Years Day, Easter Sunday, the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
